FUNDRAISING & DONATIONS POLICY

Alexander Bingel (Alexander's Atelier, KvK 90518357) is currently in a fundraising phase. During this phase no products are offered for sale on this website, and no orders, pre-orders, or reservations are accepted or created in any way.

Donations made via our donation link are voluntary gifts to our business. A donor does not receive, and is not promised, any product, service, reward, discount, priority access, or other consideration in return, now or in the future. A donation does not create a purchase, pre-order, reservation, or entitlement of any kind.

Donations are non-refundable. This includes the case where our fundraising goal is not reached or the project does not go ahead; donated funds may still be used to cover business costs already incurred. Donations are used for the cost of goods for our initial inventory build-up.

Alexander Bingel is a commercial business, not a charity or tax-exempt organisation. Donations are not tax-deductible.

Payments are processed by PayPal; their terms apply to the payment transaction itself.
